How to get in touch

Email contact@wordsearchbattleonline.com. One address for everything below — it is a small game.

There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean collecting and storing your message and your details on a server; an email address does the same job without this site holding anything.

What to write about

• Bug reports. The most useful message you can send. What you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and what device and browser you were on.
• Feedback and ideas. Something confusing, something missing, something that felt unfair.
• Abuse. A nickname used to harass someone, or a player behaving badly in a room. Include the room code if you still have it — though note that rooms delete themselves within a couple of hours, so sooner is better.
• Cheating. If a match behaved in a way that looked impossible, describe it. The server referees every move, so this is genuinely worth reporting as a possible bug.
• Privacy requests. Questions about what is stored, or a request about your information. The privacy policy explains what exists; usually the answer is that clearing your browser data removes all of it.
• Copyright. If you believe something here infringes your rights, describe the material and where it appears.

What to expect

A reply from an independent developer, when they have read it. This is not a staffed inbox, so an urgent answer is not something to count on — but genuine bug reports do get read, and they are the reason several things in this game work properly now.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or anything sensitive. Nothing about this game ever requires them.
